What the $895 launch bundle includes
1. Risk Manager Start-Up + First 30 Days
Intake, written designation support when selected, initial risk-management readiness review, start-up consultation, and 30-day follow-up.
2. New-Hire DSP Orientation
DSP roles, boundaries, person-centered practice, human rights, mandated reporting, incidents, privacy, emergencies, infection prevention, and safety expectations.
3. Documentation + Competency
Person-centered service notes, ISP outcome connection, measurable progress, corrections, common audit failures, practice, feedback, and one remediation opportunity.
4. Therapeutic Options Training
Dignity, prevention, situational awareness, de-escalation, safe response, and authorized course-level requirements.
5. American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED
